Neonbright is a cyberfantasy hack of shadowdark RPG.
Play in the distant fantasy future of 1999 as orcish cyborgs, dwarven street shamans and elvish cat burgulars, as you complete illegal heists, slay monsters and do crimes for shadowy clients in a cyberpunk fantasy city. A dragon sleeps in the city bank, Vampires plague the sewers and the city is controlled by the vilest creatures of all; Politicians.

This is a wonderful hack! Can't wait to make my players play this one! Just had a quick question though about the shadow lantern. Does it provide a form of "light" at all? Or do the players require it and flashlights together to see?
Anyway, this is awesome and super glad I found it! I Look forward to the updates/new zines!
